MY BIKE RIDE YESTERDAY! I knew you were all super concerned so I though I’d let you know ;P

• 4 mile run
• weight lifting
• 15-20 mile bike ride

Yes, this is a daily thing for me now. I’m going to feel so weird when we leave Florida and I can’t go get on a bike for hours on end.

I will return!

But I find gifs with flashing colors, warping or any other effect to be extremely obnoxious and the farthest thing from “trippy”. It makes you look like a 15 year old girl posing as a pot smoker and an acidhead with bad taste in psychedelic art.
